By purchasing and accessing our course, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or access the course.

3. Course Description

The course is an online educational program designed to support pilot training and type rating preparation.
At the time of launch, the course includes:

• Structured video training modules
• Downloadable educational resources
• Memory item study materials / flashcards
• 4 structured quizzes

The course content reflects the materials available at the time of purchase.
We may, at our discretion, add, update, modify, or remove course materials, quizzes, or supplementary educational content at any time.
No fixed schedule of updates is guaranteed.

4. Nature of Service

The course is provided as an independent educational resource.
It does not:

• Replace official airline training
• Replace operator SOP documentation
• Constitute regulatory-approved training
• Guarantee successful completion of any type rating

Procedures and standards vary between operators. You remain responsible for compliance with your employer’s official documentation and training requirements.

5. Access and License

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a:

• Non-exclusive
• Non-transferable
• Revocable
• Personal-use license

to access the course.
You may not:

• Share login credentials
• Allow third-party access
• Reproduce, copy, download, or record videos
• Distribute materials publicly or privately
• Upload materials to file-sharing platforms
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit content

Any breach may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access

We are not liable for loss resulting from compromised credentials due to user negligence.

7. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or another authorised third-party payment processor.

We do not store credit or debit card details.

• Prices are displayed in GBP.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or transaction fees.

8. Refund Policy (7-Day Refund Period)

We offer a seven (7) calendar day refund period from the date of purchase.
To request a refund:

• You must email typeratingpro@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
• Refund requests received after 7 days will not be considered.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:

• Excessive course content has been accessed
• Login sharing or misuse is detected
• Fraudulent or abusive behaviour is suspected

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in permanent account suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided within the course, including:

• Videos
• Slides
• Graphics
• Written materials
• Branding
• Logos

are the exclusive intellectual property of Type Rating Pro LLC.

All rights are reserved. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use may result in legal action.

10. Course Updates and Supplementary Content

From time to time, we may add more course videos, expand the quiz bank, add to the Operation Briefing Updates, or introduce additional educational materials.

Such additions are discretionary and not guaranteed.

Purchase of the course entitles you to access the course materials as they exist at the time of purchase, plus any updates we choose to make available.

We are not obligated to provide ongoing updates indefinitely.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

• The course is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

We collect limited personal data, including:

• Email address
• Username
• Encrypted password

• Technical access logs (where applicable)

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as a third-party data processor.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

15. Airline Independence and Operational Variability
Type Rating Pro LLC is an independent educational provider.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any airline, aircraft manufacturer, training organisation, aviation authority, or regulatory body.

All course materials are provided for general educational purposes only.

Operational procedures, memory items, callouts, limitations, flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) vary between airlines and operators. The content provided in this course may not reflect the specific procedures, policies, or training standards of your employer or training organisation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:

• Your airline’s official documentation
• Approved SOPs
• Aircraft Flight Manuals (AFM)
• FCOM / QRH
• Regulatory requirements applicable to your licence and employment

In the event of any discrepancy between course content and your operator’s official documentation, your operator’s approved documentation shall take precedence.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

The version in force at the time of purchase shall apply to that purchase.
